Highlights of the Week (Destaques da Comunidade) Logo in Brazil Server
The Highlights of the Week, previously known as Weekly Highlights until 2019, are a game initiative that shows distinguished models, games, avatars and videos made by the KoGaMa community. The winners are posted every week on the news page of the WWW and Brazil servers.

Any highlighted game wins these rewards:
- Game of the Week badge.
- or Game Of The Week 2 badge that are given to the winner for the second time.
- Fun Game mark (and its benefits) for a limited time.
The new method of the Game of the Week is that if the others nominated games did not win, they will be marked as "Fun Game" for a limited time, it's usually about a week.
For example: Star Wars: Star Destroyer was the winner game of the Highlights of the Week #307 on the Brazil server, while others nominated games remained as "Fun Game".

- or Model Of The Week 2 badge that are given to the winner for the second time.

Want a chance to get a creation featured on the Highlights of the Week? Send the link of the creation to the HotW Suggestions#2988 BOT through the official KoGaMa Discord server. The Highlights of the Week Committee will check every submitted creation and decide which of them deserves to get highlighted in one of the upcoming Highlights of the Week announcements.
Highlights of the Week Committee[ | ]
The Highlights of the Week Committee (abbreviated as HotW Committee) is a group of people that was created by AdmiralFjong (when he was a KoGaMa's Community Manager), that is responsible of finding the best creations made by the community and then forward them to Crispy Kirby, so she can make the Highlights of the Week announcement on the KoGaMa's news page of the WWW and Brazil servers.

Highlights of the Week were also available and announced on Friends server until it was disconnected on August 2018.
One of the oldest rewards of winning on the Highlights of the Week, was getting a level up (Due to inconsistencies in the given quantity, such as sometimes leveling up an entire level or only a fraction, even a +2 levels up if you were close to the next level, this was changed). Later that reward was changed to get an amount of +50,000 XP for winning on the Highlights of the Week, but it was discontinued from 2019.
Crispy Kirby is currently taking care of publishing the Highlights of the Week announcement irregularly (That's why sometimes the HotW aren't published the exact same day as the previous week [or aren't even published in all the week]. This happens because Crispy Kirby has a lot of other things to do as KoGaMa's Community Manager; so he publishes these announcements once he has gotten some free time).
The HotW Committee handles the HotW Suggestions#2988 BOT on the official KoGaMa Discord server.
